Order Placement & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with your order, we will contact you.

The main characteristics of the products are displayed on each product page. Please note that the images and products on our website may not exactly match the physical product due to variations in device settings.

Occasionally, an item may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error regarding any goods you’ve ordered, we will inform you promptly and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, markdowns, and other commercial factors. All prices are quoted in AUD and include VAT (where applicable). If the VAT rate changes between your order date and delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full.

Any discount codes are subject to individual terms and conditions, which may include eligibility and maximum order value. If there is a contradiction between these terms and those of the discount code, the terms of the discount code will take precedence.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders that do not comply with these terms, even if your payment has been processed (and will issue a full refund).

Please check the final price before placing your order. If there is an error in the product price or the payment calculation, we will reject the order and contact you to offer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price.

The purchase price of the product(s) and the delivery cost, as indicated on the order summary page, will be charged to your account when your order is shipped.

Role & Responsibilities

When you make a purchase on strangeluxury.com, you are directly purchasing that product from the brand that supplies it. We ensure that every product on our site is clearly tagged with the brand that holds the rights to that product.

Upon completing a purchase, you enter into a contract with Strange Luxury, which supplies the goods. We provide a platform to trade our branded goods to you, the consumer, handling sales, payments, refunds, and shipping. Once we receive full payment for your order, your obligation to Strange Luxury for that order will be removed.

Shipping is handled directly by Strange Luxury.

Ordering Conditions

By clicking the ‘Confirm and Pay’ button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the product(s).

The language used for the contract with Strange Luxury and our partners is English.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation notification. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by Strange Luxury, nor does a contract exist at this point.

Acceptance of your order will occur when we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will be formed between you and Strange Luxury upon this confirmation. This email serves as a purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, we are legally obligated to supply you with goods that conform to the contract.

Strange Luxury is not obliged to fulfill an initial order and can reject an order at our discretion.
