SL Glow Tonic - Your daily antioxidant night cap

Summer has officially begun, and we couldn’t be happier. But the combination of sun, salt and heat can leave skin feeling delicate, dehydrated and in need of soothing.

We have the solution: our simple aloe and pineapple smoothie is our go-to post-sun ritual. It’s light, hydrating and naturally calming for both the skin and the nervous system. No fuss, just clean ingredients that work.

Ingredients:

(Serves 1-2)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup frozen coconut flesh chunks
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh aloe gel (from a leaf or high-quality store-bought)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • A few ice cubes
  • Optional: a small handful of mint for extra cooling
