SL Glow Tonic - Your daily antioxidant night cap

Summer is here, and we know you’re going to fall in love with this recipe just as much as we have. Low in sugar but packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and other skin-loving nutrients, this tonic helps brighten your complexion, protect against free radicals, and support your natural glow. Plus, it works as a relaxing nightcap to help improve sleep: the ultimate drinkable skincare ritual.

Ingredients:

(Serves 1)

  • 150 ml unsweetened tart cherry juice
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • A handful of frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • Optional: ½ scoop collagen or vitamin C powder
  • Optional: magnesium powder (for added relaxation)
  • Optional: sparkling water to top for texture
