Our favourite wellness shot recipe; effortless, effective, and fuss free. This elixir strengthens your immune system while keeping your skin glowing from the inside out. Turmeric and ginger work synergistically to calm inflammation, while lime juice gives a burst of vitamin C to ward off seasonal colds and boost your glow. Hydrating and restorative, it’s the ultimate ritual for staying well through the cooler months. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 litre water
- 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Organic honey to taste.

Method:
- In a medium saucepan, toast the cinnamon stick and black peppercorns over low-medium heat for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the water, then add the turmeric and ginger.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Once cooled, stir in the lime juice and strain. Add in honey to taste.
