AM Prompts:

  • What’s one thing I learned today that I want to remember?

2. Try Short Breathwork Meditations

Breathwork is a powerful way to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. By focusing on your breath, you can shift into a restorative “rest and digest” state, perfect for transitions, like winding down after work or after a workout.

We recommend Dr Andrew Weil’s 4-7-8 breath technique:

  1. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
  2. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a count of four.
  3. Hold your breath for a count of seven.
  4. Exhale fully through your mouth to a count of eight.

Repeat for four rounds, and feel your body relax in minutes.
