What's something small you look forward to in your mornings?

My organic whole milk latte with a dash of agave.It'sthe first thing I make every morning along with my fresh juice.

What's your favourite SL product?

The super hydration serum is so gorgeous.I'vebeen applying it asa final stepin my skincare routine to lock in moisture.

What productlives on your desk or in your bag at all times?

Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm (in Vanilla). I reapply constantly and have one in every bag, the car, my desk, the bathroom vanity -everywhere quite honestly.

Where are you around noon?

Either on a Zoom with a founder, recording a podcast episode, or if I'm lucky, squeezing in a Pilates class.

What's your favourite indulgence after a long day?

I love to do an at home facial, a good long stretch, and if I'm lucky, my day will end with a 60-min massage.

How do you create a peaceful environment for yourself in the evenings?

I light a candle, make an English tea, and let myself fully switch off - no screens, just unwinding witha good book.
