How Bella Falk is Resetting for 2026

You wanted to know how our founder, Bella Falk, resets at the start of the year, so we asked her. 

How do you like to reset at the start of a new year?

I like to begin the year by creating a vision board and clearing out the files on my computer. It helps me feel organised and refreshed heading into 2026. I love being creative, so the vision board is a fun and intentional way to manifest for the year ahead. From there, I focus on my Q1 objectives and set clear goals. I’m currently in Brazil with my husband, and being by the ocean and truly disconnecting has been incredibly grounding. It’s helped me reset for the new year. 

What does your morning routine look like right now?

I usually wake up around 7am. I shower, do my daily skincare routine using Strange Luxury (of course), and always follow with SPF. Then I make a big glass of water with electrolytes, have a banana, and either go for a walk or head to the gym to move my body.

How does skincare fit into your reset?

Skincare is a beautiful practice of slowing down and taking care of myself. It’s about creating daily rituals that help me feel aligned and ready for the day. It’s a moment every morning and night that’s just for me.

My current routine is focused on hydration and nourishment. I start with a very gentle cleanser, followed by an incredible product I can’t say too much about yet. Then I use the Super Hydration Serum to drench the skin in moisture. To lock everything in, I finish with the Barrier Balance Cream - the perfect everyday moisturiser and primer. And I never forget SPF.

I also incorporate the Gold Purifying Mask once or twice a week as my purifying step. It’s been a game-changer for deep cleansing and removing build-up.

What feels grounding for you this year?

Being present. Disconnecting when I can. Focusing on consistency and building good habits - early nights, home-cooked meals, and limiting alcohol. These small choices help me feel focused, calm, and ready for anything.

What are you saying no to this year?

Unhealthy choices and overcommitting. I’m being more intentional about doing what genuinely makes me feel good.

Any rituals you’re carrying into the year ahead?

Quality sleep, eating more meals at home, and moving my body consistently. Even if it’s just a 15-minute stretch.

What’s one thing you want people to remember as they reset this year?

Choose a few goals that really matter to you. Each day, focus on taking one small step forward. This is your own race - it’s personal, so do what works for you and don’t compare yourself to others. Stay persistent, be kind to yourself, and don’t give up.
